1) Email addresses-when you contact Mark through the contact form on your website, your email address is stored inside the website. This helps Mark respond to any queries you have regarding his poems.

2) Anonymous Statistical Information (namely Google Analytics) -This information is helps Mark find out what pages of his website are most interesting to people who visit the website and helps him improve the content of the website. This kind of information that is  gathered is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally.

The Google Analytics Tracking is facilitated by tracking cookies. Cookies are small files that get downloaded onto a visitor's computer when they visit a website and are used purely to help Mark provide a better experience.
